Andrew Bowie: Fair Access to Broadband for West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine
Since being elected, Andrew has been fighting for Fair Access to Broadband in the rural areas of his constituency. He has spoken with constituents, local businesses and broadband stakeholders, such as Digital Scotland and BT Openreach.
West Aberdeenshire and Kincardine suffers from slow rollout of fibre broadband and in some areas, even basic broadband is intermittent and slow. Residents and businesses will have an opportunity to discuss with Andrew their specific issues.
Andrew has recently announced the dates for a total of 4 public forums to discuss rural broadband issues.
