There is already a GP and nurse shortage in Grampian. People are understandably concerned that the changes to immigration rules may exacerbate this. Today Andrew asked the Department for Health to confirm that the Governments NHS Visa would be applicable to Scotland as well as England and Wales and would therefore encourage people into the NHS here in Aberdeenshire.
