Today Andrew spoke 'virtually' for a second time in the House of Commons, he commended the UK Government and the devolved administrations for working closely together, thanked the "amazing staff" at NHS Grampian and asked Michael Gove for his agreement on the importance of collaboration between all Governments across the whole of the UK as we tackle Coronavirus as one Union.
