Andrew spent the day out and about in Kemnay today during a brief trip home from Parliament before returning the same evening ready for a rare Saturday sitting. After a busy morning on the doors he spoke about the positive response from constituents towards getting Brexit done.

Andrew spent the morning along side other local politicians and hundreds of people at the unveiling of the statue of James Taylor in Auchenblae. The local Mearns man introduced tea to Sri Lanka.

ScotRail Public Meeting

Andrew attended a packed public meeting in Laurencekirk tonight, ScotRail reps were questioned by members of the public annoyed by the changes to the timetable and the woeful service experienced on trains going south. 

Lower Powburn Bridge Closure Resolved

Andrew said he was "delighted to hear that Network Rail and Aberdeenshire Council have worked quickly to reopen Lower Powburn bridge."

Two Years of a Strong Local Voice

Andrew visited the Grampian Transport Museum in Alford this morning to chat with Paul and a few of the team about the plans for the coming season and the brilliant new exhibition in autonomous vehicles and electronic cars. 

Delight at Aboyne Highland Games Funding

Andrew said he was delighted to see that Aboyne Highland Games have awarded £2000 to local community groups in the Aboyne and wider Aberdeenshire area. Andrew described the Aboyne Highland Games as a fantastic event and said that these funding awards show it is at the heart of the community.
