Last week Andrew visited Banchory Devenick school to talk to pupils about democracy, part of a current project at the school. The visit included questions about the democratic process of elections, how Parliament works and a role play of voting in the chamber.
Andrew had a very productive meeting at Rever Offshore in Westhill today. It provided an opportunity to discuss the industry in general, the current challenges faced by suppliers and concerns over Brexit.
This week Andrew signed the Holocaust Educational Trust’s Book of Commitment, in doing so pledging his commitment to Holocaust Memorial Day and honouring those who were murdered during the Holocaust as well as paying tribute to the extraordinary Holocaust survivors who work tirelessly to educate
Andrew was London bound today, heading to Parliament early as the build up to Tuesdays big vote on the EU Withdrawal Bill begins. Andrew has been in contact with hundreds of constituents over the past few weeks, listening to all sides of the debate prior to the vote.
