Andrew described a meeting with the National Decommissioning Centre this week as "Thoroughly enjoyable and informative"

The centre is part of the Oil and Gas Technology Centre, it's aim is to become the UK lead R&D centre for Decommissioning.

Andrew Meets the Creator of Piliana

Andrew was delighted to meet with Alan Reid, creator of Piliana today, Piliana is a new way to help people reconnect with their communities and meet new people. Andrew is looking forward to working with Alan in the future as this new venture develops.

After Andrew received an overwhelming number of replies from Laurencekirk residents, following a letter regarding Scotrail services and timetable changes, he has written to the people of Stonehaven for further feedback on the affects of the new timetable on them.

Andrew visits Mackie Academy

Last week Andrew visited Mackie Academy in Stonehaven to field questions from pupils about democracy, his role in the Government and many other important topics. Andrew said later that the questions were insightful and tough, and that he thoroughly enjoyed the conversation.
