Andrew has reiterated his calls for the continued presence of Portlethen Police Station in a letter to the Chief Inspector of Police Scotland today. In his letter, Andrew conveyed the concerns of Portlethen residents writing:

Last week, Chancellor Rishi Sunak visited Aberdeen to hold meetings with industry leaders in Oil & Gas. This following an invite from Andrew a few weeks ago.

Andrew has reaffirmed his commitment to supporting the North East Scotland Green Freeport bid.

 “The North East Scotland Green Freeport bid underlines the great economic boost that awaits the North East if successful.”

Andrew visited Kongsberg Maritime’s offices in Westhill this week to learn more about their work in the constituency.

Andrew is today urging local community groups to submit bids to the Community Ownership Fund. His call comes after the UK Government opened the second round of the fund, worth £150 million.
  

Andrew has welcomed the release of 10,000 more seasonal agriculture visas as part of the UK Government’s Food Strategy today.
